Our “Bayou Creole’ Sauce” is an authentic New Orleans recipe and it is our most requested item.

It is made with the highest standards using fresh vegetables and a french/cajun roux cooked by hand and stirred faithfully until it reaches the dark caramel color of a true roux.

Instructions: bring to medium heat. add one pound shrimp (peeled), cook shrimp in sauce for 2 minutes. serve over white rice.

Also wonderful with chicken, fish, scallops or pasta.
